At Media365 we aim to support new up-and-coming authors who want to share their work with a global audience. However, we also intend to provide high-quality content to our readers and maintain a safe environment and enjoyable reading experience.

Your eBooks and other content (such as eBook titles, cover pictures and descriptions) must adhere to our content guidelines. We reserve the right to make judgments about whether content is appropriate and to choose to reject it or take it down. We may also terminate your Media365 account if you don't adhere to these content guidelines.

No pornography

We do not tolerate any sexual content. Sexual content involves sexual intercourse, or sex acts such as oral sex, as well as implied sexual content that is not detailed.

No offensive content

We will immediately take down any discriminating, offensive, or profane material and any content that actively promotes violence or hatred. It is our intention to maintain a tolerant and positive user experience.

No poor customer experience

We do not accept eBooks that provide a poor customer experience. We reserve the right to take down content if it diminishes the user experience of our readers. Examples of such are: misleading covers, descriptions or other metadata, scanned books with bad quality, poor text formatting, etc.

No illegal and infringing content

We take violations of laws and intellectual property rights very seriously. It is your responsibility to ensure that your content does not violate laws or copyright, trademark, privacy, publicity, or other rights. Just because content is freely available does not mean you are free to copy and sell it.
