Montezuma's Daughter

"Montezuma's Daughter" is a novel written by H. Rider Haggard, first published in 1893. The story is set in Mexico during the 16th century and follows the adventures of a Spanish nobleman named Thomas Wingfield. Wingfield is sent on a mission to Mexico by the Spanish king, and he soon finds himself caught up in a web of political intrigue and betrayal.
